Search Products
Find products on 1688 using text search or image search.
Text Search: Enter keywords to find products quickly. Image Search: Search by picture to find the same style. Browse categories and hot items.
Place an Order
Choose product color, style, and quantity.
Select your desired options and submit your order on 1688.
Address Setting
Fill in your delivery information.
Enter region, detailed address, name, and phone number. Important: Do NOT copy the entire address at once - fill in each field separately (Province, City, District, Street) or the system will not recognize it correctly. Note: Our default warehouse is Foshan - ship all goods there. Only customers who already have goods in the old Dongguan warehouse should continue shipping new goods to Dongguan.
Find Your Tracking Number
Get your 1688 tracking number from the order.
Check order status, view logistics company, tracking number, and expected delivery time.
Go to 1688forwarding.com
Log in to our forwarding platform.
Visit 1688forwarding.com and create your shipping account to start the forwarding service.
Create Your Shipping Account
Complete your profile with delivery details.
Enter full name, phone, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and country.
Place Your Shipping Order
Submit order with tracking number and shipping method.
Fill in US delivery address, 1688 tracking number, product name, quantity, and select shipping method (Express Air / Express Sea / Container FCL / Container LCL).
Submit - DONE! ✓
We will update the cargo status on our website once we receive your goods. We will confirm the shipping method with you. If you choose express delivery, we will provide the US tracking number later.
You can check all shipment details in "My Orders" at the customer portal.
